Project Description
This project is one of the first awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to sawcutting and cold mill planing up to 4" of the existing asphalt concrete pavement of the runway, taxiway, and aprons at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF); sealing deep cracks below milling area; and repaving with up to 4" of new asphalt concrete pavement. Project also includes restriping of the runway, taxiway, and aprons, including runway/threshold markings and other airfield pavement markings with new retro reflective white paint.
